Measuring the Impact of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives on Organizational Performance

While many organizations have applied an EDI lens to their organizational strategy, research has shown that fewer organizations have robust metrics for evaluating the success of their EDI initiatives. In this webinar, Nancy Mitchell, Director, Research - Special Projects at Diversity Institute, will discuss the elements of EDI and why they are important in developing and supporting organizational strategy and accountability. This session is for organizational leaders that want to apply an EDI lens to all aspects of the value chain and will explore how to measure the success of an organization’s EDI strategy.

Concrete examples will be used to demonstrate how measurement can improve EDI outcomes and illustrate not just the opportunities quality metrics create but the common challenges and barriers that many organizations face. The session will conclude with examples of the risks in failing to create accountability EDI outcomes.
