Power and Privilege (Leader’s Path)

Using principles of self-reflection and case study exercises, this workshop aims to help leaders better understand how to use their power and privilege to advance inclusivity and break systemic barriers that prevent equity in the workplace. Participants will gain an enhanced understanding of their own spheres of influence and the ability to start having difficult conversations about privilege in the workplace and its impact on employees, stakeholders, and businesses.
